The Equipe team, with Helen Gibson AM and Peter Allen, were engaged by DTP to prepare a new version of the Writing Planning Permits.

The new document provides more comprehensive guidance on how to write and amend planning permits to avoid legal error and promote clarity and effectiveness.

The guide includes a new model permit structure and layout and a modular approach to preparing permit conditions, with a comprehensive suite of model permit conditions.
